Overlooking the charming town of Schladming, The Alpine Club is a superb place to visit at any time of the year. Built in traditional Alpine style with pine-furnished accommodations, this family resort has its own leisure center and restaurant. In the colder months, members have access to winter sports of every kind, while in spring and summer, when the lakes, valleys and meadows are ablaze with wild flowers, the countryside is a breathtaking place to explore.

All rooms are equipped with a kitchenette with a coffee maker, complimentary kitchen pack, crockery, dishes, dishwasher in some units, fridge, glassware, kettle, kitchen utensils, microwave (with oven in some units) partial kitchen and toaster. There are also an alarm clock, balcony or terrace, colour TV (satellite) and remote control, DVD player (in some units), double bed, heating, iron and ironing board, safe, sofa bed and telephone. There is also a bathroom, equipped with a hair dryer, and shaver point. Also in the living room area there is a pull out sofa bed. Some rooms are reachable with elevator.
The guests may enjoy a meal at the hotel’s restaurant, the Amadeus restaurant with its modern design and warm, friendly atmosphere offers the perfect setting to enjoy breakfast or dinner on-site, or enjoy their drink at the hotel’s bar (smoking in the bar is permitted). There is also a take away service.
There is a great variety of activities apart from skiing that the guests may be engaged in and out of the hotel. There is a games room, gardens, movie rentals, playground, sauna, solarium, table tennis. There is also a heated indoor swimming pool and a whirlpool. There is also a large variety of winter sports in the area but also cinema, a bowling alleys, cycling, fishing, fitness centre, golf, hiking, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, lake activities and spa facilities. There is also a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars very close to the hotel.

Schladming lies in the heart of the Ski Amade Region, Austria’s largest skiing area. It encompasses 25 resorts in 5 top regions and the lift pass covers a staggering 270 lifts and 860 kilometres of piste! Is particularly well known for its excellently prepared slopes and diverse range of pistes. It boasts a World Cup run, a race course and a floodlit piste. Snowboarding: The “Absolut Park” in Flachauwinkl is the longest terrain park in Europe with kicklerlines, rails and boxes, a half-pipe and jibline.
Ski Bus Service: A free ski bus service operates regularly throughout Flachau and Reitdorf. A ski bus service to the other resorts in the Ski Amade Region does not operate. Mini-bus taxis are available locally, should skiers wish to experience other resorts in this vast ski region (local charge).
